- Update Launcher CS Extreme V5 versi Alisoftware, yang lebih mudah dan userfriendly
- Adanya Map-map baru seperti Egypt, Monaco, Prison
- Ditambahkan "New Humans Scenario"
- Mengubah Kill Streak ke "CF"
- Interface baru dari GUI Background
- Zombie udah dikurangi ke IMBA-annya
- Bot kepintaran naik, tembakannya lebih akurat
- Senjata Baru Katana dan M1887
- Mode Baru:Human Scenario
- Map lebih banyak dan Map lama diperbaharui
- Karakter-karakter CF di convert CS Extreme, jadi semakin mirip dengan Cross Fire
- Bisa Maen di semua map tanpa ditemukannya hang
Kekurangan:
- Update senjata hanya sedikit yaitu Katana dan M1887
- Terjadi beberapa OS window 7 dan netbook
